Just a reminder for all Mana Kai Maui Owners, the Owners annual meeting has changed from the first week in November to September 15th, 2018, and this year’s meeting location is in the Kihei Technology area at the Donald G. Malcolm Center. You should be receiving your electronic or mailed Owners proxies for this upcoming meeting forms your Management Company, Destination Maui. The Association’s Bylaws require that a majority of Homeowners must be present in person or by Proxy in order to conduct the meeting.
If a quorum is not obtained, then the Association will incur additional costs to reschedule the meeting and it will cause a great deal of inconvenience to those who attended the meeting. State law requires that your Proxy must be received by Thursday, September 13, 2018, 4:30 pm (HST).
There will be a second proxies mail out this month, on August 15th, 2018.
