Greetings AOAO Members,
Happy New Year! I hope that 2025 brings you happiness and good health. Last year was
challenging, with the Lahaina fires, low occupancy, permitting delays with for the new
restaurant, no income from that restaurant, and major repairs to the post tension cables.
Despite these difficulties, I am optimistic that 2025 will be a positive year for us all.
